Note: Feats gained through quirks DO NOT count for qualifying purposes. For instance “dodge” doesn’t count towards qualifying for the “mobility” feat or the “shadowdancer” PRC. There for, these will not allow entry into things you couldn’t get through normal progression, they are extra bonuses/flaws to help add character and give you more survivability and flavor. If I overlooked a condition that you like that fits the setting ask and I’ll whip something up.

Abandoned
You were abandoned sometimes in your youth, and this helped shape you in being cold and heartless.
Benefit: You gain immunity to any spell with the “emotion” descriptor.
Disadvantage: You cannot put ranks into sense motive and can never make sense motive checks.

Apathetic
You don’t really feel feelings, and certainly don’t notice the feelings of others. Perhaps this is why you are such an evil bastard, It certainly helps contribute.
Benefit: You gain immunity to any spell with the “emotion” descriptor.
Disadvantage: You cannot put ranks into sense motive and can never make sense motive checks.

Controlling
Your whole life you’ve had to be in control, and you do a damn good job at it
Advantage: During combat as a swift action you can give one other character a command each round. If the character listens he gains a +1 on all rolls.
Disadvantage: During combat you take a -1 on all non-saving throw rolls.

Coward
Maybe you were bullied as a child, and learned to run. Perhaps you were in a battle and turned tail and fled. Either way, you’re a coward.
Benefit: Gain the “Run” Feat.
Disadvantage: You take a -4 vs any fear effect.

Cynical
You always expect the worst from everyone and everything.
Benefit: Your suspicious nature has edged you, you gain Skill Focus: Sense Motive
Disadvantage: Because of your suspicious nature, you take benefit less from your allies powers. Any buffs or healing you receive from allies is reduced by 1.

Masochist:
You enjoy having pain inflicted upon you.
Bonus: You gain Dr/1(stackable)
Disadvantage: You cannot stop any source of constant damage yourself (such as bleed, fire or acid). May not choose to withdraw, retreat, or move away from an opponent who is aggressive towards you and can break your DR. Cannot heal your own wounds or the wounds of others by any means.

Nerd
Knowledge was always more important to you than the physical stuff.
Benefit: Gain all knowledge skills as class skills. Any knowledge skill that is already a class skill you gain a +1 in.
Disadvantage: Take a -1 to all dex and str based skills.

Retard:
You are literally slightly retarded. Somehow, you still manage to excel
Prerequisite: int 7.
Bonus: You are incredibly hardy and gain the Toughness feat.
Disadvantage: loose all int skills as class skills and take an additional -1 to them. You only know common and don’t have the capacities to learn more languages.

Sadistic:
You enjoy inflicting pain onto others.
Bonus: You deal 1 damage with any attack that causes non-lethal damage. You get a +5 to heal checks for the purpose of torture.
Disadvantage: You must make a dc 15
1/2(your level) will save to retreat or withdraw from an opponent that you can injure. You can never heal other.

Tard Luck:
Some retards appear to be blessed by the gods. In truth, its more of being not there at all mentally
Prerequisite: retard
Bonus: +1 (stackable) luck bonus to all saves and ac. Always act in the surprise round.
Disadvantage: Always act as if a natural 1 was rolled for initiative, int, cha and wis based skills.

Tard rage:
You enjoy something commonly known as “Tard Rage”
Prerequisite: retard
Bonus: gain 1/round of rage per level. This functions in all ways similar to the barbarian ability of the same name. It does not stack with it, and does not benefit from rage powers.
Disadvantage: Whenever someone has a starting attitude of unfriendly or greater, must make a dc 15+1/2(your level) will check to not just attack them outright. You also cannot deal non-lethal damage, and must make the same check to not marauder the battlefield killing everyone.

Turrets (Mild)
You enjoy turrets, and shout out at some inopportune times
Bonus: You gain a +4 bonus on saving throws made against bardic performance, sonic, sound and language-dependent effects.
Disadvantage: Whenever you are present(whether in the discussion or not) at a social situation or attempt to communicate you a d10. On a 3 or less you spew out obscenities. This gives a minus to any necessary skill roles during conversation, or you fail to get your point across. This only gives you spell failure chance if casting a spell that is more than a standard action and has a verbal component.

Turrets (Major)
You enjoy turrets, and usually shout out at inopportune times
Bonus: You gain a +8 bonus on saving throws made against bardic performance, sonic, sound and language-dependent effects.
Disadvantage: Whenever you are present(whether in the discussion or not) at a social situation or attempt to communicate you a d10. On an 8 or less you spew out obscenities. This gives a large minus to any necessary skill roles during conversation, or you fail to get your point across. You suffer 80% spell failure on spells with verbal components.

Whore:
You sleep with people for the purpose of receiving money from them.
Bonus: +1 to all charisma based skills.
Disadvantage: You received a disease at some time, and while you managed to cure it, a piece of it has stuck with you. Choose 1 ability. You take a permanent (incurable) -1 to that ability.

You are like the scum on the side of a sewer pipe. You are worthless.
